April 23, 2004, Newsletter Issue #143: Phone Messages

Tip of the Week

Keep a small dry-erase board near the phone that is most answered by everyone in the family. Now, when you pick up messages, write them on the dry-erase board. This will cut down on wasted paper, and time trying to find where you left the message. When you`ve returned the call, erase the message for the next one.
