When cooking meals in advance, it is important to plan your strategy carefully. This includes the storage methods and containers to be used. Do you have adequate room in the freezer? Do you have an ample supply of containers, plastic wrap, etc? Take into consideration the re-heating method you’ll use. If a dish will be re-heated in the microwave, freeze it in a microwave safe dish.
