Sometimes we´re lucky and get forms in the Sunday paper or in magazines, but most of the time, you find them in stores. The types of stores to look in are grocery, drug, hardware, convenience, liquor, department stores, etc. If forms aren´t displayed, please ask a clerk where you can locate them. Most are kept at customer service or at the registers.
