Use 10% less of everything, from detergents to electricity! Use less laundry and dishwashing detergent, less shampoo and toothpaste, turn down your hot water heater 10% and adjust your thermostat by 10%. You can even extend the 10% rule to food. Serve smaller portions. Most of us could stand to lose a few pounds, anyway.
